Arthurs pizzeria serves the best thin crust pizza I’ve ever tasted simply because they have gone out of the box and tried to give a sri lankan authentic taste to their pizzas. Even the names are cool and unique 

Arthurs at mount lavinia serves booze by the bottle. Although I’m not a drinking person, I’ve heard from my friends that their Long Island iced tea is quite good. The prices are reasonable too and you can enjoy the evening with a mouth watering hot butter cuttlefish side dish or potato wages. Their potato wages are quite tasty, crispy but yet deceiving since their presentation make it look like a bigger portion of wages than it actually is. Their lime and mint mojito was not too sweet, but could have added more mint flavour to it. 

Chicken nai miris is their best selling pizza but I personally don’t like it’s taste, since it is too spicy which made me tear and drink two chilled water bottles after eating a piece. Mas kade is my favorite which has my favorite toppings chicken, bacon, beef, sausage and a generous amount of cheese. You will never regret trying out their special nai miris sauce but be careful if you are a weirdo like my self who can’t eat sri lankan authentic spiciness. 

My second favorite is the sea food pizza with prawns cuttle fish olives and cheese toppings. If you are a sea food lover this pizza is worth the try. 

Other pizzas you must try are bacon bithara which taste like breakfast, meat kawalam and if you need to try veg, try out their margarita or cheese hatharak (which means four kinds of cheese) 

They don’t use the best quality ingredients but they add a generous amount of cheese and toppings and the crust is good too. 

Aside from the obvious pizza menu, they have a separate mains section, as well as sides, salads, pasta, and desserts. 

They have a range of spicy pastas which gives  a sri lankan spicy taste. You may try out their chicken pasta with nai miris but I would like to recommend pizza from arthurs than pasta. 

Chocolate biscuit pudding is quite a treat in respect to it’s price and it’s supper chocolatey with layers of biscuits and peanuts on the top which makes it delicious to look at. 

Ambiance is good but they have used less lighting so pictures of your self will not look the best if you snap using your phone. It is not super cozy but comfortable and overall it’s a happening place to spend the night with friends.
